Who is the Pink Hedgehog?

I’m Helen Ives, the creative baker behind the Pink Hedgehog and I bake, create, cook, and experiment in my cake studio kitchen in a small town in the heart of the English countryside. A wonderful space that is both inspiring and versatile allowing me to create cakes that I love, and I hope will add a lot of joy to any occasion.

Having worked in the creative industries for many years, and with a lifelong love of baking, flowers and photography, I finally found something that allows me to blend it all together and create bespoke decorated cakes that can elevate any event, and allow customers to achieve cakes that best suit their personality and occasion.
